Fleet overview

On the start page skAIWatch present an overview of the fleet of vessels. The overview contains the most critical information for each vessel. Examples here are number of machines in alarm/warning and the date for the last report. To improve the user experience an image of the vessel is automatically loaded when hovering over the row with the cursor.

Below is a screenshot of a dashboard showing four (fictive) vessels.

Open

For vessels, the sites are organized by subscription, fleet and sub fleet, flag, vessel type, latest report and asset status.

One may also hover the rows in the overview to get detailed information about each vessel.

By pressing the bell icon located to the left of the location list you can subscribe to locations of interest. Changes to subscribed vessels appear in the notification tab.

Click on the subscribe button on the left side of any vessel to receive email notifications for the vessel.

Notifications

Click on the notifications tab to view new notifications on vessels one has subscribed to.

One can at any point cross out notifications to see what has already been read.

Open

Detailed site overview

Click on any row in the fleet overview to get more detailed information for a specific site. This gives a more detailed overview of the asset’s status, as well as recommended actions to avoid further escalation of any faults.

Below is a screenshot of the overview for a vessel.

The schematic drawing present a graphical representation of the status for the most critical machines. Note that machine locations are selected for representation purposes and not to optimize actual location.

Below is an overview of all the machines. The report for the machine with the most severe condition is presented by default. Click on any machines to read their condition and any recommendations.

Also, note that one can Download PDF report by clicking on the download button on the upper right as shown in the figure below.

One can also navigate to view all historical reports on the same machine by clicking the Show in archive button, as shown below.

This will open the archive showing all reports on the same site and machine.

Subscriptions

In the upper right corner each user can select what services to subscribe to.

If the 'Machine status update' bell do not have a diagonal line the current user will receive an e-mail notification when new status reports are released for the vessel.

If the 'No new measurement warning' bell do not have a line the user will receive an e-mail notification 14 and 7 days before the report due date for the vessel. In order to activate this feature the the machines must also be configured. By cliquing the mail icon the user will receive an e-mail containing an overview of configured machines and the current measurement status.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

Click KPI on navigation bar to view performance indicator on each vessel in your company. Table display list of vessels similar to Fleet overview(dashboard), a default date is loaded when page is opened. This date is today and today minus 90 days. Date range can be changed and will update the table immediately.

interesting values to look at:

NM ratio: This value is displayed in percentage, it show number of “no new measurement” reports uploaded over total reports uploaded within date range selected.

Alarm-to-machine ratio: This value is displayed in percentage, This show how many machines have been/are in alarm over total number of machines on vessel within date range selected.

Ranking: This value show accumulated sum of NM ratio and Alarm-to-machine ratio sorted by best performance.

Archive

The archive gives a complete overview of all reports for a given company. The default view is shown below.

One can download the pdf by clicking on the Download PDF button, which is the same as in detailed site overview above. One can also read the report online by clicking on the Open report button. Its icon is shown below.

For easier navigation, use the search bar on the right, or the SITE FILTER and/or MACHINE FILTER on the left. The graphical elements are shown below.

Selected sites are shown below the Reports mark. Click on the selected vessel in the SITE FILTER or on the mark under Reports to deselect the machine.

The same applies to MACHINE FILTER.

When opening the archive from the detailed site overview, the site and machine are selected by default, as shown below.

Click on the user profile to update the name or password.
