This page regulates the handover of offline vibration measurements to Moholt Group, in addition to other process and meta information.

This page regulates the handover of offline vibration measurements to Moholt Group, in addition to other process and meta information.

Moholt group needs both vibration measurements and machine operation information to identify any issues or faults developing on the equipment. It is therefore essential that one submit such information to skAIWatch.

Offline vibration measurements with skAILink

This part should be fully implemented on all vessels by mid , on all vessels.

Follow the regular uploading schedule as outlined in Uploading measurements from Omnitrend offline systems if skAILink is configured correctly. No extra action is needed in order to upload the offline vibration measurements. However, please note that the machines' running conditions shall be submitted in skAIWatch, as described below.

Upload offline vibration measurements and machine running conditions with skAIWatch

Go to Data upload to upload offline vibration measurements in skAIWatch. Its icon is shown the figure below

Step 1

First, select your vessel—the one to which the data file correspond.

Step 2

Then, drag and drop the corresponding data file (ODX) in the data uploading field. One may also click on the area to trigger a file selection view. Leave this blank if data has been uploaded with skAILink, or if one only wants to upload running conditions.

Files added will be shown on the right side.

Step 3

Add any comment about the running condition or other relevant information one may have.

Sted 4

Add any extra attachment that is relevant, such as a PDF document. The document is loaded in the same manner as in step 2.

Click submit to send the information to skAIWatch.
